MikMak touts itself as an open ecosystem to unlock ‘unprecedented’ eCommerce acceleration and growth. And, in thinking about the time I shared with them weekly for support and conference calls, and reflecting on the patent MikMak was awarded in October 2022 for their platform technology, it seems to me, that they indeed have the potential to deliver for years ahead. While I will not ponder here in this summary of MikMak partnerships about alternative eCommerce technology and platform developments (though you can speculate in the comments), I will say that I’ve created hundreds of MikMak experiences from using the platform each week, and indeed their platform works well for me, and filled the gap for client campaigns whether our objectives were awareness, consideration, or conversion.
I use MikMak to solve client problems, and I trust the data that I get from MikMak gets better over time. Certainly, there are limitations across categories to collect actual sales data, however I’m onboard for the purchase intent insights to collect the puzzle pieces during campaigns, to adjust messages, find the most compelling message and how different creative lends itself to differences in purchase intent. As the product roadmap has developed over the last twelve months, it certainly has given me confidence that MikMak could potentially consolidate across the commerce landscape to address the many problems that marketing professionals face.

MikMak empowers customers’ Agency Partners with a suite of eCommerce tools to deliver eCommerce outcomes as well as the insights and audiences needed to constantly evolve their buying approach.
MikMak expert client success teams work with agency partners to deploy MikMak’s technology in sync with their advertising campaigns.
This is the part where I am, on the agency side, and when I look at how many startups in the DTC space want to compete with established brands, MikMak is a place to tell your story, as a shoppable moment, or as MikMak terms it, a ‘discover experience’ or ‘creative experience’ regarding when you designate the retailers to populate.
